The Derwent valley on Sunday, 17th February 2013 ... it was cold but the view from Baslow Edge down into the valley was quite something ...
Wonderful shot, Charlie. It the kind of scene I love.
Thank you Mitch ~ it was one of those special mornings. I was out in it for a couple of hours and with my walking poles covered quite a bit of ground.
What an incredible photograph, Charlie! Fabulous!
Thank you Pet ...
Fantastic photo Charlie,love it.Ann
Thank you Ann.
Although this happens a lot around here too in the river valleys with the mesa cliffs all around, it never ceases to surprise me and leave me with a sense of awe.
I'm the same Karyn ... the Derwent valley gets more than its fair share of interesting weather.
