Biddulph Grange garden ...

The garden at Biddulph Grange, between Stoke-on-Trent and the Peak District, was created by James Bateman in the 19th century. It is now owned by the National Trust. For once I will let my photographs 'do the talking' ...

  2. A lovely house and wonderful gardens!! This is a place I'd love to photograph myself. Some outstanding features. Love the hedging that also serves as flower-bed dividers. Interesting Egyptian theme in one place, the Japanese Garden was also very nice. Had to laugh at the 'Upside Down Trees'. Great photos, Charlie.

    1. Yes, the upside-down trees are different that's for sure. It's a great place to visit as is Little Moreton Hall ten miles or so away but for different reasons.
